No product available commissions earned solely through recruiting. And the affliate website is practically identical to the now mysteriously missing Paybox.me.

so I thought I'd answer them with one
email...

First there was a problem verifying
accounts this morning. But it's fixed
and you can now log in.

Question#1: "Who is behind Direct Pay?"

Yes, this is my product ;o) Todd Gross
and I came up with the concept together
and he's handling most of the promotions.

Question #2: "What do members get?"

There will be an excellent training
center with original weekly content
from me focusing on traffic generation
and list building.

There will also be a resource section
with marketing tools, places to get
traffic, and ethical affiliate programs
to promote.

There will also be a members-only forum
where you can ask questions and interact
with other members.

That's what we have planned so far...


Question #3 "How do we get paid?"

You earn $20 per month for each customer
plus $100 bonus for each 10 members.

You'll receive a PayPal payment every
Friday for all commissions owed. There
is a $50 minimum payout. But there is
NO HOLDING period. If you make sales
on Thursday, you get paid on Friday.


Question #4: "How much will it cost?"

The cost is just $29.97 per month. After
PayPal fees and support costs, I'll make
about $5 or $6 per member.

This is more about helping people than
making a bunch of money. :o)


Question #5: "When is the launch?"

I'm not doing a massive JV launch. But
we plan to go live this weekend. I'll
keep you up to date...

Im not seeing any flags disappearing. I did a Google search for Derrick Van Dyke and yes I found him He seems to be an affiliate marketing guru. However nowhere in those results does his name come up in connection to this except in that form letter even though although he freely attaches his name to products.

Todd Gross is a former weather man from Boston who turned to internet marketing when he was fired Supposedly he is a partner in this and once again no results show this attached to his name except this form letter. I cant find anything where either of these gentlemen has attached their name to this and this company just like Paybox.me is masked by Who is Guard.

The only difference between this program and Paybox.me is that they state they pay in USD. They also stated in the form letter you posted (Yes it is a generated form letter that affiliates are using to promote this program) they state it costs $29.97 per month and also have several instances where they will do chargebacks against affiliates.

There still is no product in place where is the money coming from to pay affiliates? With no product sales you have to ask yourself where is the money coming from? Its not coming from product sales so there is no revenue generation to bring the money in. What is the source?

The fact that they sent you a form letter response that answers nothing and is simply the same hype that affiliates are using to promote this makes the alarm bells go off even louder.

On my Blog Marketing Software Group Blog Ive done a series of posts about Direct Pay Profits.
From what I know unless you have at least two Activated referred members you arent eligible for any payouts ($50 min). But, with one Activated referral plus your $10 sign up bonus you can use it to pay your first month membership fee.

What can you tell us about the Members Only Forum, and the Training material?
