I highly recommend checking out NetSpend! My experience with this company has been very positive.

The Netspend corporation is a BBB accredited business with a rating of A+.

The first month that I loaded the card with an amount greater than $500, my account was
automatically upgraded to Premiere and they sent me a new VISA debit card in the mail as well.

In my opinion, the benefits of a Premiere account are worth the upgrade. I like having the $10.00 purchase cushion, and it lowered my monthly account fee to only $5 per month. If you prefer to pay as you go, the transaction fees are reasonable as well.

Netspend also has a customer referral program that will pay you for every new customer that receives the free debit card. Not only will you get $20 but every time you show someone this free plan, they will want to sign up and every time someone signs up with your referral link, you get $20 and they will get $20! The easiest free program you will ever see! I loaded $40 dollars and a half hour later there was $60 in my account! I told 10 friends and they did the same thing and I received $200 for those 10 friends!

This Pre-Paid Card is very efficient, with lots of options for you to consider.
