Review on Pan Card
In order to link PAN and Aadhaar cards, tax payers have to first register on the Income tax e-Filing portal. Once they have done so, they are to follow the steps outlined. Only a quarter of PAN cards have currently been linked to Aadhaar cards and the Income-Tax Department is making a list of all individuals who have not yet done so and will be put under the scanner. According to a senior official there are a people who under-report and suppress income and try to evade taxes.
