After a long search in internet I found this product interesting because it contains mainly herbs and also include micro-nutrients which most experts would recommend mostly. As I am in medicine field I found this product would be helpful and worth for money.
I just add here outline of the ingredients present in this product.
Vitamin A as Palmitate about 4000IU and beta Carotene about 1000IU. In total Vitamin A is about 5000IU. Vitamin C present as Ascorbic acid, Zinc Ascorbate, Calcium and Magnesium ascorbate about 1290mg. Vitamin D is about 400IU .
Micro nutrients which are essential for enzyme formation like Zinc and Selenium present about 23mg and 60mcg respectively.
