The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection recruits Specialist Officers for various profiles annually. Candidates applying for the CRP SPL VIII can check the IBPS SO Selection Process 2018 details here. IBPS will select the candidates on the basis of four stages. Prelims exam, Mains exam, Interview and Provisional Allotment are the four stages.
