So What Do I Have To Do If I Want To Lose Fat?
First of all you need to know the basic concept of fat loss = energy in - energy out. What you consume daily and your general exercises definitely decide everything. Glucose and fat are two main sources of energy. You have to stop starving yourself because when you do so your body will use stored carb and therefore produce more fat surrounding your organs.

Back to our most basic question: "How to lose fat fast?". Weight loss is not 100% the same with fat loss. You can easily lose weight by skipping your meals anytime you want but you won't lose fat if you do so. You will lose your body water and that's not good for your health.

For you, your main concern should be your excess fat. To get rid of it, we need to trick our body and get used to it. Exercise is the best way to lose fat fast. If you go to gym, usually at the bicycle there you can find "fat burning zone" option. Choose that one because it does work by setting up specific speed after around one and half hour of exercising.

Our body usually will burn more fat in slower pace after one and half hour doing exercise, hence why it's important to slow down. However, you must keep in mind that it all depends on what you eat. If you do exercise at slower pace, your body will burn 60% fat and 40% glucose. However, when you do exercise at maximum effort, your body will burn more than 60% glucose and less than 40% fat.
