Today marks the beginning of the 11th year of publication for The 24KaratMarketer Ezine.Over the past 11 years, we have gone through many changes including a name change. When we first started out, we were known as Egold Express Ezine. At least until Egold decided that we were getting too popular and threatened to sue us because of the name. (Egold Express).
We overcame that obstacle. and had about 9 good years. Until in July 2011, GoDaddy.com decided to steal the 24karatmarketer.com domain from us citing spam as the reason.
This was absurd we are a DOUBLE OPT IN ezine, we do not purchase lists to add to our membership, we regularly clean our list to remove the dead wood (so to speak) AND we comply will all Can-Spam laws!
Go figure!!!
But, we have overcome THAT obstacle, as well! Our numbers may have dwindled from the 120,000 subscribers that we had been able to boast but we are still here! And, were going to make 2012 our BEST YEAR EVER!!!
