I'm an asthmatic. I do a LOT of wilderness hiking and backpacking along with other activities that when and if I need it. I have it. A Pulse Oxymetry meter is a must for a first aid kit not for just you but you company.I used to be a Nationaly Registered EMT so having this is first hand when assessment is necessary for rescue or evac.
