All I have to say is... "WOW"! Its been a month, now. A couple of things to share... When ordering, be aware of your supply of cartridges, and the day of the week. Plan ahead for long weekends and holidays. Create your order online, then call customer service to verify the availiability of what you have ordered to avoid any delays. Purchase an e-juice to cover you for un forseen delays. Remember, you are now a non-smoker, having to buy conventional cigarettes to cover you for a few days tastes really awefull. Your body won't like it. The customer service desk is second to none. These individuals are what really seal the deal instead of ordering from another company! Plan for one cartridge to last for about 20 conventional cigarettes, keeping in mind that you may actually "vape" more - due to the great flavours, the convienience, and the fact you can have a few drags instead of having to smoke a whole ciggarete all at one time. New users will find they can't put them down! Build yourself a "to go" pack. Grab five assorted flavours, cut them apart from eachother but keep them in the blister packs. Purchase another battery, bundle your "to go" pack with a charger and pick a specific tobacco flavour to be your every day "staple". Just a few ideas that my wife and I have come up with! I received my "Magnum 2" on June 2, 2010. I have been smoking 1 Large pack of cigarettes per day, as of June 2 I have not smoked a real cigarette since. Thank-You for inventing the Electronic Cigarette. It is the best invention for smokers and the cleanest smoking enjoyment I have ever tasted. I will be promoting this product to everyone and hopefully become a Dealer, if accepted!

I have tried to quit smoking many times and now I believe its actually going to happen. I love my epuffer. I have already ordered the refill and really you should include instructions on how to refill them. I think your product is amazing it taste better than cigarettes. Thank You!!

I have to say without a doubt that epuffer is the best innovative technology that has come into my life. My physician in Mexico suggested I try using epuffer and I haven't looked back since. The orders I make are delivered without any interruptions. I've tried many epuffer products and they are excellent. What I need to tell you is that if you have any questions or issues epuffer goes far beyond its duty to help with all issues and questions. Epuffer is absolutely fantastic. My Wife & I have been using the Magnum 2 for a whole week now. I wish I had found out about this product sooner! After two days on the unit, I tried a conventional cigarette to see if I would experience a head rush due to nicotine withdrawl. I had no such reaction, therefore I am getting comparable nicotine content from the Magnum 2. I really like the flavours and the freedom to use this product virtually everywhere. I just about got kicked out of a lounge untill I explained to the bartender - what and how they worked. She will probably be making an order herself! The guys at work are really interested in this product as well! I'm happy to say the product and the customer service are both excellent, I would recommend this as a replacement to smoking to anyone!
