.Costomer Service : - Great, it offers you the best costomer service on any e-commerce platform. They have their costomer staff readily available for you at any time. Their costomer service staff is respectful and paitient.

2.Product Quality : - Now amazon is not totally responsible for this thing but they can surely improve the quality of products that are available on amazon. When ever we search for something the first recommendation are poor quality and cheap products. Also variety of products is less.

3.Delivery Timeliness : - 9/10 times delivery is before time. Some products which might have less sales take time to get delivered. Leaving them aside all other product deliveries are on time and in good condition.

4.App and website : - This is the most disapponting thing about amazon. It has the worst app in all other e-commerce platforms. It takes a whole lot of time to load and after loading it lags and buffers constantly. 1/10 rating for Amazon App. But on the other side its website is average( 7/10) .
