Bumper comes RAW steel, it is best to ship it to your local powder coating company. We do NOT powder coat bumpers.Looking for a US made high clearance front bumper that is both strong and lightweight? That's exactly what this hybrid is, it is made of DOM tubing which is the strongest tubing you can possibly get.
DOM tubing is what is used to make roll cages that protect vehicles from heavy impact and roll-overs. DOM tubing is very expensive compared to regular tubing (HREW, which is more than half the cost). Being that it is not fully plated, we can save a lot of weight while keeping all the strength. We use only top quality US grade steel!
Unlike other hybrid bumpers on the market, ours is engineered with more legs to take impacts from all angles, including front side impact. It also has the best approach angle of any bumper on the market. Our bumper skid plate meets up with the OEM TRD skid plate perfectly so the gap is minimal.
Fog light pod bracket is made to fit Baja Designs Squadrons. Squadron Sports is what is shown in the photos.
