Saudi Telecom Company has signed a tentative agreement with the Saudi governments General Sports Authority and the countrys football federation to obtain the exclusive rights.

If the deal is formalized, it would appear to transfer rights to broadcast Saudi soccer away from media conglomerate MBC Group, which in 2014 signed a 10 year deal to secure them.
