Tangerine & Salt is based on a rustic Garage Theme, hence youd see empty jars, pickle bottles, cages with lights inside them
hanging from thick chains
as decorations around you When you sit at ease and take a glad youd see the detailing of the interior so simple yet very creative as
theyve used simple items as decoration pieces
On having a conversation with Mr. Gaurav Saksena Head Chef, i was acquainted/enlightened with few amusing factors like, they have their own bakery,
No! wonder the breads were so soft and fresh (i thought to myself), so was the salsa dip that came with the bread basket
He insisted i try the Fatush Salad as its a Lebanese dressing salad with Lebanese vinegar, fried pita bread,fresh veggies tossed in olive oil (dressing).
I enjoyed the Lebanese Chicken as it was chicken breast marinated overnight, grilled and served with 2pieces of pita bread, humus, thin slices of cucumber, carrot
and smoked, grilled veggies
They have happy hours 1+1 on their liquors, 7days of the week 12:00pm to 08:00pm.
