I agree with you on AlertPay, but the information you provide is very general. Try to offer a personal view on this service, from the user's (aka: YOU) perspecrtive. The purpose of a review page, is to offer a personal impressions palette, since the technical details can be found on the site! YOUR opinion, on the other hand, can only be found IF you make it public, writing a review!
