I hired Ernest Oliphant (President) - Warranty Custom Homes and /or Warranty Homes. Ernest Oliphant claims he is a builder with 50 years experience. All that I can say at this time it was the biggest mistake of my life in hiring him to build my Log Home. Before you hire him my advice would be to always have your lawyer, accountant at every meeting and have every meeting video taped even if the meeting is only 3 seconds long. Never sign any paper work without your Lawyer and Accountant being present and a third party to check all the documentation and all work done.. Names and phone numbers of other people who also claim to have been defrauded by Ernest Oliphant can be provided. Do not enter into any type of contract with Ernest R. Oliphant before contacting me. I will provide you with all known true factual information that I have regarding him and Warranty (Custom) Homes/or Warranty Homes.
