There is no point in submitting the same program more than once as EVERY program will be submitted to a panel of judges who will establish which is the most suitable. Judging will be based on a variety of assets, among them: Cost. Payout. Product or Service. Openness of Opportunity. Choice of Payment facilities. Reliability and experience. Ownership disclosure.
