 I have a fondness for the Food and Beverage Industry that goes way back before I was of drinking age...

 My Grandfolks and their Grandfolks were very very skilled in the art of making fine stuff to drink, from spirits and wine to beer and so on.

 Whiskey was used as a "medicine " and as a way to keep food on the table during some pretty tough times. You could say that without this skill, we would have not been able to sustain our families, and I wouldn't be here today with some great news to share with you! :)
