Lee M. Parent, LCSW, and Brad Parent have just released a new podcast. In it we discuss the socio-economic effects of Katrina two years after the disaster, as well as the nature of Crisis, and positive responses to crisis. We also go into some detail about our business as part of the Mentors in Motion Xooma Marketing team, and our flagship product, Xooma Worldwide's Xtreme X2O, and its health benefits. X2O is the ultimate vitamin water, a healthy alternative to sodas and today's latest craze, energy drinks, and it also is a potentailly lucrative business with very low startup costs. There is some entertainment value as well, and the podcast also features some live music by Brad. We have dubbed the presentation, "Please Send Disaster Relief" In addition to discussing the plight of those still in crisis, even two years after Katrina's devastation hit the Gulf Coast and left many unable or unwilling to return to their previous homes in New Orleans, we also discuss strategies for dealing with crisis in a positive way.
