I sent this to many of my friends on DM...and I thought I would share with you (so if you received this before..this is why) What is value? - is more important and also more complex than most people think. In fact, the question appears to be almost identical to the question: Why do we exist? We are entering here into a very complex terrain, on the crossing of economics, strategy, finance, management, sociology, philosophy, ethics, and for many people also religion... What is the Definition of Virtue? The quality of doing what is right and avoiding what is wrong. Any admirable quality or attribute; "work of great merit" What is Integrity? Firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values. HONESTY K....What is HONESTY? is the human quality of communicating and acting truthful and with fairness, as best one is able. It is related to truth as a value. This includes listening, reasoning and any action in the human repertoire —as well as speaking. Superficially, honesty means simply, stating facts and views as best one truly believes them to be. It includes both honesty to others, and to oneself and about ones own motives and inner reality. Since I have been involved in my business, I have always understood these definitions...but have not truly carried them out fully inside myself. The biggest problem in this was within myself! I fully never believed in myself, or at least Corporate America made me feel that way! I am not even going to go in a long drawn out spill of all that. I know WE ALL KNOW! I have been my OWN boss..and have owned my own business for over 4 months now. Yes that is all! I am just so proud to shout and rejoice and tell the world that I am a person that lives day to day to keep these definitions true in my life! But definitely know that the company I represent stands true to every single word I have defined above. And on top of that is protecting Millions of families and onto many many millions more in the years to come. Life is so awesome! I have met so many great friends along this journey, and just to even fathom that I have only been doing this for 4 months....all I can do is thank the Higher ALMIGHTY...for this and things to come!
