Yeast Extract, CAS number 8013-01-2, is a food additive used as safe food flavour enhancer as it contains glutamic acid which has the same effect as monosodium glutamate in solution with sodium ions. It is manufactured through extraction from yeast, available as White-light yellow powder.

Suggested Dosage
