Oral surgery is a specialized area in the field dentistry, which is performed worldwide by trained professionals. Once the surgery is performed and the teeth are removed, your surgeons will most likely place stitches in the area. Usually, recovery only takes a few days. Make sure you are taking the painkillers prescribed by your surgeon to help with the pain you will feel.
