The report goes on state that property rates will touch INR 6000 psqft by 2017


Bangalore as such has remained isolated from the real estate slowdown experienced by most of the country. It is in fact one of the markets which has shown price appreciation. And most of the localities which have shown this appreciation are located in the peripheral and suburban areas of the city. Going by this trend, a locality such as KR Puram should be a good bet for the future.  So if you are looking to invest in properties such as plots for sale in KR Puram the time is right.
