This is for no other reason than the fact that it was based on the food eaten by the palaeolithic ancestors that made them healthy, strong and live longer. 


Although the Paleo diet book was published in 2001, it waited for a decade to be accepted and appreciated by several people. So, it becomes puzzling why this diet book is so popular that it has almost become a reference point when talking about diets.
