Who loves Macaroni and Cheese?

Macaroni and Cheese are such an easy dish to make and is very satisfying.

This is how I make mine.

Cooked Macaroni or your favourite pasta shape, penne pasta is good.
Cheese sauce which I make in the microwave which consists of butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, mustard, Parmesan cheese and strong cheddar cheese.
I fry a can of diced Italian tomatoes and finely chopped onions with seasoning.
I then place the cooked macaroni in the pot with the onions and tomatoes and stir thoroughly, then I place that in a dish and pour the cheese sauce over it and mix it through, then I slice tomatoes and layer them on the top and cover with grated cheese then place in the oven till the cheese is lightly browned.
