There are plenty of qualities of a mobile app that can attract a particular user towards a mobile app. But if we are to pick one then, it will be the ‘engagement value’ of that particular mobile app. It is not necessary that the process of mobile application development gives shape to the best app in the world. All it needs to do is ensure that the app is able to engage the attention of the target audience for a sufficient period of time.
When we say that the app is
engaging, it essentially means that the design, features and functionalities of
the app are such that they are able to elicit a positive response from the
user. Engaging also means that it is able meet the highest standards of
usability and provides the app users with a great user experience. Whether it’s

app development, it is the ‘engaging’ nature of the app that will set it
apart from the rest.
Every app has a certain shelf life and the duration of this shelf life is determined by whether it’s engaging or not. So, it can be said with very little doubt whatsoever that the salability of the app and also its popularity is directly proportional to its engagement value.
