Istanbul Archaeological Museum
The Istanbul Archaeological Museum is one of the most important museums of turkey, which is a mixture of three museums which are the Ancient Orient, the Archaeological Museum and the Tile kiosk Museum. The Museum contains over one million objects of civilizations from all over the world. The roots of the Tiled Kiosks can be traced back to as old as 1472. Chora Church
The great Byzantine art of the Chora church is what makes it one of the best travel site which you should visit. The mosaics of the church depict the life of mother Mary and Jesus. The works of Chora Church is considered as one of the best Byzantine architecture works of all time. Even though the Chora used to serve as a monastery in its early years, but after a few centuries, the church was converted into a Mosque and later into a museum in the year 1948.
