What you should do while Arlo Base Station offline?

You have to check the LED on the Arlo base station. You have to determine, LEDs in front of your system is online or offline, before applying the troubleshooting steps. Know about Multi-LED base station 

At the multi-LED base stations, the LEDs are on the back side of the front. Do you know Middle LED internet connectivity LED?

     When the internet LED shines in solid green in color, that means your base has connected to the internet connection.

     When you see the Internet LED is amber, that means, there is an issue with your internet connection.

While the base station is offline, then you have to follow below given steps.

     First of all, check your Ethernet cable.

Ensure that your Ethernet wire cable is securely attached to your base station & router, you are using an Ethernet cable, it comes with the system.

     Now check the Power adapter.

     Ensure that the power adapter is safely attached to the back of the base station & is plugged in safety in an outlet.

     After that, you should try to connect the internet connection from other devices which is directly connected to the router. (you can use the ethernet connected device, not another device which is connected to the Wi-Fi. You can also, turn off your Wi-Fi in your device but you need to make sure your device should be connected to the Ethernet cable.)

     Now, check the power cycle of your base station.
