Many gyms provide a pass or some sort of a trial period that allows you to try the gym before committing to a membership. Choose a gym in proximity to your home. There will be days when you have to push yourself to go to the gym, so the closer it is to you, the better. Distance is one less excuse you can use to not go to the gym and get your workout in!
