What should we do when we are lost in direction

by Hai A. Blogger
1. Set yourself a certain trial and error period.

This period can be 1-2 years, you can a small range of trial and error.

For example, there is no foundation, but want to go to do other industries, you can do your job first, start to use the time outside of 8 hours to study, the time after the study can find some relevant circles on the Internet, first do some free sheets, so that others begin to know you as a person, and so on works mature some, and then the cost of switching will be much smaller.

2.Make your life more planned

You can do anything you want to do, but write an analysis after each attempt, reflecting on whether they are suitable.

To see if you are suitable, it depends on how much time and energy you have to spend in the field.

If an industry you put in 200% of your effort to reach someone else's normal level, it means you are not suitable.

By the way, setting a healthy lifestyle for your life, don't make yourself drown in Bad habits.

3. Spend at least a year doing one thing consistently.

Pick at least one skill and practice it seriously for a year.
In fact, most people around us are more or less inert, and you can at least rank in the top 20% with a little effort. A year may seem like a short time, but it can do a lot.

The skills you learn, ideally, will help you solve problems at work, which will make your job easier. After a year of serious effort, it's not easy to say how good you'll become, but at least you'll be more improved than you were a year ago.

When you complete a project, self-confidence will also increase.

4、Imitate first and then surpass.

After entering an unfamiliar field, you can consult professionals, or through colleagues, leaders, and quickly understand where the ceiling of this industry is.

Then you can dismantle his work, learn his mode of thinking, imitate what he does well, but also set yourself a goal to do a few years to be able to surpass the current him. (People will progress, you are progressing when others are also progressing again)

5. The most important phrase: "The result you have now is determined by yourself".

If you think it's a bit late to change, but in fact, it's never too late to want to change. I would like to tell you there are three keywords that may be able to help you in the future.

One is choice.

There are some things that we may not be able to try out one by one, overnight, but hopefully, you can filter out at least one area where you are good enough to give up something that doesn't allow you to move forward and then plow on deeper in a small trial and error.

After all, if you want to gain something, you are bound to lose something too, but as long as you can progress, it will be worth it.

Secondly, the field we end up choosing must be what we can do and what we want to do and can do. Because there are some things you want to do, but some conditions are not suitable and it doesn't work.

Finally, whatever method you use, practice at least one hard skill that can guarantee you stability in the big backyard. That is, to ensure a material like edr1rxd1 water filter base so that it costs you less to make choices and that you don't disrupt your existing opportunities because of unexpected things.

The second is persistence.

Some people say persistence doesn't work, and that's because they haven't made a good choice and haven't thought about it before they start rushing to do something.
The best example of this is changing jobs frequently, rushing to change every time before you think about it, only to find yourself falling into another hole afterward.

So, before you start sticking to something, you have to be clear about what the end result of that thing is going to be? How much of a gap is there between reality and imagination? At what point do you need to stop? Imagine this, and then start looking for something to stick with for a year to see if you can do it or not.

Thirdly, is change.

It is necessary to step out of your comfort zone properly. When you have been in a field for a long time, you can keep expanding your work-related abilities.

For example, if you are a piano student, you can learn guitar. If you study design, you can learn product management. In fact, most skills can be learned through study.

And the main thing about doing this is to open yourself up to more possibilities, rather than limiting yourself to a narrow horizon.
