Hi guys…

Today I am going to tell you about the role of a healthy diet. Before proceeding, I would like to ask you all- Are you aware of the food items which are nutritional for your body?

If you don’t know, no need to worry. I will be discussing that too.

First of all, let us know the role of diet in our overall well-being. Mind and body need nutrients for their nourishment. However, in this jet-set age, the percentage of nutrients is declining following today’s food culture which leads to an unhealthy diet. This unbalanced diet leads to various health maladies including depression and anxiety.
