What is the eligibility criteria to apply for Skilled nominated visa 190?

Australia Skilled Nominated Visa 190 is for Skilled workers who are ready to live, work in nominated state and territory of Australia. The skilled nominated vis is a point based permanent residency visa, where an applicant need to live at least 2 years in the nominated state of Australia. 

The applicant profile must be listed in STSOL demand list of Australia. To apply for state nomination program the applicant profile must be listed in Australia occupation demand list.
