Microsoft Office Lens is a built-in camera that was previously available only for OneNote for iPod or iPhone but is currently for other Office.com/installation programs like One Drive, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The lens feature allows you to capture pictures of whiteboards or written files and enable you to enhance the files or photo by employing numerous capabilities. Users may crop, sharpen and straighten the printed or media file, so to give it an appearance of a scanned document. Your image is added to the notes in your Office OneNote account so you can recover it later whenever you require it.

To understand the ideal way of using it, follow the steps below. Please be aware that the steps below are related to Microsoft Office OneNote for IOS.

How do you utilize Microsoft Office lens?

  2. Go to Office.com/installation to create an account if You Don't have one
  3. Create a new note or start an existing one, open the notice where you want to put in a picture
  4.  Depending on your IOS apparatus, do the following

  8. The Office Lens app will feel the picture and automatically crop the image you took, but you can alter the cropped picture by dragging the circles on each corner to change the crop.

You have now captured a picture and cropped it by advantages. This feature will help you shoot files and images as if they're scanned. But if you want to return to the built-in IOS Camera program, then you simply must produce a couple of setting changes.
