Today I was listening to one of my favorite speakers Jim Rohn and he said " We get paid for bringing to the market place." Product or Service it is the value you become. You may become a teacher, leader, manager. If you will change everything will change for you.

My name is Raymond Richard and I have been selling cars in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for 6 years and I have learned a lot about people and how we buy. I have had the opportunity to work for a large automobile chain that believes in training and development. I use what I have learned to share with my team and help them over come their challenges.
