Have you ever wondered if your customers feel satisfied with your service? Let’s take a good look in the customers’ point of view and examine what they consider to be relevant in assessing a service.  

Are you reliable?

Consumers look whether they can depend on you to do the service accurately. Is it consistent all through your various channels? If your mortar-and-brick stores provide on time delivery and accommodation, then your online shop should be able to do that too.

Can they trust you enough?

How do consumers know if you can give what they need? This is through showing that you have sufficient expertise and skills. This way they will feel safe and secure to use your service offering.

Are you able to provide tangible services?

If your business offering is a virtual office, physicality of the service is important. Are the equipment and communication tools complete? Being able to provide the necessary things for the customer all throughout the service completes the whole customer experience.

Do you exhibit empathy?

No matter how good you are at providing quality service, if your people don’t give genuine concern to the consumers, then they will never patronize your product. Individualized attention is one of the things that add value to your service so make sure to utilize it.

How fast can you respond?

Consumers, like business people, don’t have all the time in the world. Make them wait for a few minutes and they will quickly transfer to another company. That’s why your prompt service and willingness to help should never be lacking whenever you serve your customers.
