What characters should long life service steel pipe have

Once we produce steel pipe, our goal is that our steel pipe should have a long life service for our customers with high precision, low heat, high speed and other wonderful characters. No matter they are stainless steel pipe or other welded steel pipe.

In order to meet the goal of long life service, thus we should design the steel pipe to meet the requirement of long life for our customers. For example, if your customer need bearing steel pipe. Thus, high hardness, uniform hardness, high elastic limit, high contact fatigue strength would be your consideration during the whole production process. In order to meet the above demands, then we should take chemical composition of steel bearings homogeneity, non-metallic inclusion content and type, size and distribution of carbides into consideration. So the final product would be follow our lead and meet our customer’s demand.
