Running
This is the simplest of all and you should never despite it as much as it looks quite common. It involves going to the pitch and simply running a few laps. You do not have to run the entire morning or evening. Just five laps can do although this also depends on gender. Women should start with fewer laps than these but if they are much comfortable, they can still do it.

Yeah right if we are beginner, we can't lift more weight, so we need to start are are less exercise with using correct tachniques for that. :)
