5.    Do they provide study material or not?

Many PTE classes provide their own material for revision at home and this is very necessary too. May be they would say that the software that they use can’t be given, but you must ask them to provide some study material that can help you with the revision.

6.    Would they give personal attention if needed or not?

This is necessary, when you lack behind in an individual topic. They might think a bit on this, but if their batches don’t include a large number of students, then this could be done easily.
