We Thank Our Help Desk Service for Such Sweet Memories!

While my wife, being a housewife (the busiest job in the world I believe) takes care of our kids and manages everything in our home, I'd most of my business trips lined up till 22nd December. We're expats here. However, we always celebrate Christmas and the New Year with our family (living in London). But, this time, I planned to invite my younger brother and my parents to stay with us for the annual celebrations. I was happy though I hadn't realized how I was going to manage everything.
That was the time, when I thought of giving the help desk service of our community a try. It is indeed a service that can be requested at almost any time to get any sort of task done (as long as it's legal, ethical and possible). Since we never tried such service before, we were not very sure about it. But, there was no way out. So, in an attempt of giving my final shot, I just called the professionals at the help desk. I told them every single bit of my story and amazingly, they assured me to look after everything. Hearing it only was a big relief to me. I gave all the details to them and they assured me to find the best vendors for this job.
Let me tell how everything works. We (the residents) just initiate a request to the professionals at the help desk. And they forward it to the right vendor, assuring the successful completion of the work in a timely manner. Of course, this could be done by us as well. However, we were not sure about the service we'd get. Moreover, it's a part of their daily life and they've a good network of vendors. Hence, they know better which vendor is suitable for a job and how to get the best deal.
From researching flight tickets to itineraries, finding good deals for a car rental to sourcing accommodation and shopping to event planning, they took care of everything and I was fully satisfied. I got to see my whole family on time and we thoroughly enjoyed Christmas. Hoping to have a stupendo, fantabulous and fantastic New Year's eve too.
All in all, the amazing concierge service offered by the help desk of our community helped us have sweet memories to remember for years to come. I once again thank them and commit them to use their services again.
