For example, use towels to cover your clothes when eating, use aprons and covers when cooking or doing other activities such as harvesting, digging and many more. Sweat might also bring along stains hence it is important to lead a healthy lifestyle. Avoid putting on excessive attires when it is hot. Eat the right meals to avoid excessive sweating which might cause stains on clothes.
