Waterproof Portable Speakers Bluetooth Speaker

On the front of the iphone portable speakers at the answer/play/pause button, a Up button, and a Down Button. The first button obviously plays or pauses songs, but doubles as an answer and end button. The up and down buttons operate volume control, but when each is held down, it doubles as a next or previous button. An interesting bit I found is that the volume control is strictly for the speaker, which means the device you stream audio from also keeps it’s on volume control. Something worth knowing is that there are 15 clicks from absolute zero volume to max volume on the speaker.

At the bottom of the front of the speaker is a flap that exposes the microUSB charging port and a TFCARD slot. That slot takes microSD cards so you can load music on there and have the speaker as a standalone music device. The flap helps keep water from entering the microUSB port.

Underneath the speaker is the lone power button. When powering on, it enters pairing mode. Upon successful pairing, it’ll auto connect to the last device paired. To connect to another device later, disable Bluetooth on your device before turning on the speaker. Another interesting thing to note is that if a microSD is inserted, the speaker will default to that instead of trying to pair Bluetooth.

The portable wireless speakers  is a soft-touch/rubber coating, making it resistant to water. Mine came with the keyring already installed and includes a small carabiner-style clip, a 1ft microUSB charging cable, and a microfiber bag. I’ve found that putting the speaker at mid-volume, then turning up the music on my device allows me to control the volume from the speaker nicely afterwards. While the speaker itself doesn’t seem that big and the speakers may seem low powered, the sound from this speaker can come on quite strong and loud.
