by Anil Attri Service providerWhen we talk about the education system in India, what really strikes
us is the structure and the quality of education imparted in us. We
have two big names in the process of inculcating quality education that
is the CBSE education board and UP board. CBSE is one of the well-known
and widely recognized boards of school education in India. CBSE got
its present name in 1952 and it originated during the time when UP
board of high school was set up. Therefore, these two boards are
closely inter- linked to each other.
As stated above, the
significance of CBSE lies in its effort to inculcate education in this
land of diverse culture and heritage called India. Thus, it has
successfully evolved a common standard for all across the country. The
respect and honour of Central board of secondary education has grown
widely. It is not only because of its diversified functioning but
because of the quality of education it imparts in the minds of its
students has surely made a difference. The world is changing at a rapid
speed, therefore it becomes important to walk pace to pace so that the
students connected with this board are not left behind. CBSE has
essentially fulfilled this motto. One of the finest examples is the
introduction of the financial market Management courses which have
started from the 2008 academic year. This course has been of a great
help to the students who are associated with financial management
course.
Next we have UP board which is particularly known for Uttar
Pradesh board. The Uttar Pradesh board was established in 1921 and
presently there are 9121 schools that are affiliated to UP education
board providing education facilities to them. The main office of this
board is in Allahabad and it imparts education in both Hindi and
