UPSC IAS 2016 Application Form

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) would issue the IAS 2016 Application Form for all the interested and eligible candidates who want to get recruited on the post of Indian Administrative Officer in state’s administration of the Government of India. The process of application is completely online and there is no offline mode to apply. Candidates have to visit the official website of UPSC and enter all the asked details correctly and completely. There are basically three steps to fill the application form – filling part 1, payment of application fee and completing the process by filling part 2. Process of Application Form of IAS 2016 on the official website of UPSC
 
1. Access the official website of UPSC i.e.  to fill the UPSC IAS 2016 Application Form.
 
2. On the homepage, find and click on the option “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC IAS ”.
 
3. Once you click the link, you would be redirected to the two steps of registration process – part 1 and part 2.
 
4. Part 1 of the registration process – enter all the asked personal details carefully. You would be asked to enter name, category, parents’ name etc.
 
5. Once you have registered successfully for IAS 2016 Online Application, your registration ID would be returned to you. Keep it safe and preserved.
 
6. Part 2 of the registration process of UPSC IAS – enter your registration ID and date of birth. Click on the submit button.
 
7. You would be redirected to the exam in which you want to appear (IAS 2016 in this case).
 
8. Pay the application fee online using either credit card or debit card. You can also deposit the fee using State Bank of India's net banking facility.
 
9. You can pay the fee in offline mode as well. Visit any State Bank of India branch, pay the fees by depositing the challan and get a receipt.

IAS 2015 Application Fee
 
Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.100 in either online or offline mode. For offline fee, a challan has to be printed from the website and deposited at any branch of SBI. Also, you can use the online mode by using the net banking facility of State Bank of India/State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala /State Bank of Travancore. Yet another way is to make the payment via Visa/Master-Credit/Debit Card. Female/SC/ST and PH category candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
