Understanding Different Stages of 3D Animation Through Professional Education
by Schoolof Animation AAFT Best Animation Colleges, Delhi, IndiaAt the beginning of animation era, all the designs had to be drawn frame by frame on individual piece of celluloid sheet. But time has changed now; today dedicated computer software is used in the industry. These application/software are generally filled with lots of helpful tools through which professionals can create designs in 2D & 3D digital animation. Pursuing animation degree courses can help aspirants to acquire knowledge of relevant principles and techniques through which they can create impeccable and market viable designs.
Aspirants
can join education programs right after completing their 12th to
become acquainted with different tools and software used in the market. With
the help of 3D software, an animator can easily add more life into the objects,
characters & scenes. Aspirants must know the technical knacks and must
possess the know-how to follow the pre-defined process systematically. For
instance, if we want to develop/execute an animation project, then we can’t
jump directly upon the animation stage; we have to execute it step by step as
follows:
Step
1: At first, we have to create a CG character that is going to be animated when
required; such method of creating something meaningful in 3D software is called
3D Modeling.
Step 2: To make the same
character more appealing, texturing is used. It is the process of placing textures
& adding materials like skin, metal etc.
Step 3: After that, we
have to make the character ready for animation by adding joints & bones
inside the character’s mesh, this process also give better control during pose
setup for character animation, this stage is called Rigging.
Step
4: At last, we get our complete 3D
character that will be ready for posing & animation. We can assign facial
expression that help our character to express emotions & deliver dialogues
too.
Step
5: Now with this rigged character we can move ahead with Character Animation
process, in which we have to break a visual shot into few poses (i.e. start,
in-between & end).
Following these steps in the defined pattern
with technical competence, one can succeed in creating realistic and attractive
animation shot. AAFT School of Animation is amongst top animation colleges in Delhi NCR that offers professional training
in this craft. Students pursuing diploma and degree courses here get an
extensive learning environment through which they can learn to apply these
technicalities and build a creative mindset. This helps them to gauge better
career opportunities and befit varied roles associated with this creative
industry.
