In addition, the studio has also announced that it would donate some funds for the restoration process of the monumental sight which went fire and has ended up in complete destruction.

An official post by Ubisoft suggested that the studio is profoundly shocked with the recent Notre-Dame fire and is willing to pay homage to the historical site by allowing Players to experience the majestic Notre-Dame and other memorable landmarks from the French Revolution era in their Assassin’s Creed title.

PC gamers will be able to relive the actual happenings and rich heritage of the Notre-Dame by downloading the Assassin’s Creed title from the Uplay which is an official Ubisoft game launcher and allows users to download exclusive games developed by Ubisoft.

Interested players can download the Assassins Creed for free during this special occasion, and the studio is hoping to provide every individual a chance to visit this historical place in the world history and appreciate the existence of such an important piece of architecture.

The post on Twitter started to trend within a few minutes and gamers were pleased to see such an impressive effort made by a gaming studio towards a precious piece of heritage. Interestingly enough, Ubisoft studios not only allowing its fans to access the Assassin’s Creed title for free but they are also donating a sum of $564,000 to help in restoring the famous historical site.

People and brands around the world are contributing to the rebuilding of the Notre-Dame, and more than $950 million have already been donated for the reconstruction of the monument. It may appear that the donation made by Ubisoft is comparably less but community members and fans around the world are appreciating the initiative made by the studio, and the emotion of helping is what matters, and not the sum amount donated.

The official post on the Ubisoft Twitter account which confirmed the free Assassin’s Creed for PC received more than 25K likes and about 7,000 retweets which clearly suggests that fans have really appreciated the effort made by the studios for the betterment of humankind.

The slew of feedback was indeed positive for the studio; still, some players also suggested few of the improvement and tweaks that could be included in the Assassin’s Creed title to improve on the in-game interactions and boost up the gameplay.
