Pain Relief

Turmeric is popularly used as a baseline treatment in-home remedies for joint and muscles pains. It is ground and used as a paste or consumed as a concoction in milk. It benefits people who live an active lifestyle as well as the elderly who might have weak and inflamed joints. Turmeric is great as a supportive form of treatment in post-surgery recovery, workouts and sports injuries. It improves blood circulation, pain in the back and knees.

Nature’s Most Powerful Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory

Nature’s way of ensuring quality of food is by producing substances that delay its oxidation and deterioration. It does this with the help of Antioxidants. Turmeric is probably nature’s best antioxidant. Turmeric contains curcumin, the substance responsible for its bright orange color. Research indicates that Curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties that provide pain relief from injuries, tissue damage and joint pains.

Maximum Absorption

Turmeric has a poor absorption rate in the body when taken on its own. However, absorption can be increased by adding BioPerine an extract of Black Pepper that increases absorption of Turmeric by up to 2000% according to some studies. Also, Turmeric has been found to be absorbed better in the presence of ginger. Ginger root contains gingerols which enhance Curcumin absorption increasing its efficacy rate.
