My name is Austin Jones and I am from Cambridge University. Recently I had been through a terrible accident and had my knee fractured. 1. Late delivery and poor customer service

They earlier confirmed that they would give me updates on the progress of my assignment. But when I was not getting any responses, I started getting worried. I tried to call their so called “24*7 customer service” but nobody answered or called me back. I was feeling restless when they missed the deadline. They told me they would need a bit more time. It was kind of my professor to allow me extra days because of my accident. On the other hand, I was confirmed Boomessays are not at all a reliable essay writing service. I just hoped the paper comes in good condition.

2. Worst quality paper

After taking so much time also, they sent me the worst quality paper. I was in tears as I knew it would affect my career. I somehow managed to rewrite some portions as much as my health permitted. There was not enough time also to rebuild my paper. The writers are not that good that as they claim to be. I don’t know in what sense they call them expert writers. I was sure the writers are not real experts.

3. No refund

 I contacted the customer support team for a refund since the quality was not good at all. They asked me to send for a revision. I told them that I have no time to send the work for revision since they already passed the deadline. They kept me hanging for days. Till day, I am fighting for a refund. I hope none of you have to face anything like this. This is not a safe website for your assignment and your money.
