Seek Academy provides the PTE coaching and ensures that the students get the desired results in 1st attempt. We are going to discuss the reading module further a bit in depth. Mostly the students are quite lazy to read and that is the reason they miss the reading part as it is assumed that reading is the easiest module students don’t take it seriously. Reading habit can be developed and certainly be improved by regular training sessions.
PTE trick 1
English proficiency is the major requirement for PTE test but it’s about the time management skill too and how much good you are at enduring the pressure which is there in the test. Try to attempt certain tests like mock PTE tests which would make you understand the time pressure and your weakness and strengths would be notified so that you could realize and strategize as well.
What to do now?
We all have good skills .it’s just that we need to practice and strategize it accordingly to make it perfect. All you need to do is skill build and practice, and all the time have patience and build up your own time management skills to make it outstanding performance at the end of every session. Have determination and make your own formulas that will help you to get there.
1. Assess your skill level or get it assessed
Find a set of questionnaire to find the challenges it requires you to upgrade your skill up gradation. People are generally confused and unrealistic about their skill level and the pattern which is followed in the test. Being determined is good but you can’t enhance your skills in a short period of time. So, one must focus on time which they take for their training period too.
2. Work on your weak areas
Once you have practiced your tests you are now aware what skill you are good at and what skill you are weak in. So plan accordingly, get it assessed by the trained trainer to guide you for further course of action to score the desired points overall.
3. Reassess yourself
After working on your skills one is supposed to reassess as per the score requirements, their weak areas to be noticed and upgrading the strengths. Try to formulate a particular strategy to have fewer burdens before the exam as mental pressure could lead one to perform lesser in their skills in that pressure situation.
Many people are of this view as mock tests would help them to prepare their best. But it’s not the case. Only appearing in the mock will not help you to understand your skills. It’s better to practice on individual skills first and then only understands the technique required for this.
4. Surviving the PTE atmosphere is half the battle won
The environment at the center would be quite challenging and one must have the skills to learn to survive that.
