First kudos to Mike and Andy on producing one of the most well done video sales letters series ever to hit the internet.

Oh wait.

You didn't realize that it was a series of sales letters? Camera 

Yep. It was.

In fact re-Targeting has been around for years. Facebook certainly didn't invent it.

Re-Targeting

Search retargeting is a form of behavioral retargeting employed by online marketers that target an audience based on the previous searches they conduct on other websites. 

Unlike site retargeting or site remarketing, search retargeting is designed to find new customers which have likely never been to a marketers website before.

While search advertising is a method of placing online advertisements within the results of search engine queries, search retargeting attempts to extend the interaction with the same searchers when they move away from search query results pages to other online activities and websites.

Here's the question:

"If so much money can be made from the "Billion" people on Facebook why are we watching fancy videos from Mike and Andy?"

You probably think it's because they are just kind and warm hearted guys anxious to share their knowledge.

Well, the money that they make on Facebook pales in comparison to the money they will make when everyone buys the software, etc. that these videos are promoting.

The REAL Secret:

I will continue to say it until I'm blue in the face. The money is not in "the thing" that you are being told to do the money is in the the thing that is being SOLD!

Digital downloads (mp3s, videos, documents, and software) is where the REAL fortune online is being made.

And if you are new to all of this you WILL take a bath (and lose your shirt - to mix metaphors) if you try to jump into Facebook advertising. You will simply get slammed if you take on re-targeting without knowing what you are doing.

You need to be on the OTHER side when it comes to online marketing. The side with Andy, Mike, and Laura.
