The National Aviation Museum

The National Aviation Museum was established in December 1962, it is a military aerospace museum situated in Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The museum has been cramped in 8500 sq foot building aboard the station and was originally erected during World War II. Phase I was dedicated in April 1975 while Phase II was completed in 1980. The museum is devoted to naval aviation for the United States Navy, including the United States Marine Corps and the United States Coast Guard. Today this museum houses about 150 aircraft and spacecraft like the former Blue Angels A-4 Skyhawks, biplanes, U.S. Coast Guard helicopters, K-47 airship CONTROL, S-3 Viking, and many more.

Perdido Key State Park

Perdido Key State Park is located 15miles on a barrier Island, Frontier of Pensacola in Florida State Park. This 290-acre state park protects the Florida mainland from harsh climate conditions and is home to some of the most interesting and unique species of flora and fauna. This state park features wide sandy beaches, sand dunes oasis, and an excellent place for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, fishing and cycling. A narrow boardwalk allows its visitors to access the fragile dunes and the beautiful vegetation where some shorebirds and coastal animals are protected.
