Tomato Soup Recipe with Dark Beans And Orzo

Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

  • Dark beans - 1 jar
  • Canned tomatoes - 1 jar
  • Chicken broth - 4 cups
  • Orzo - 1/2 cup
  • Green onions to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except orzo in a large saucepan and bring to boil. Add orzo, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2.  Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with green onions.
